Job responsibilities :
1. Responsible for Talent Acquisition
2. Sharing reports to Reporting Manager & HR
3. To work on assigned requirement till joining in given TAT
4. Prepare and maintain daily Dashboard
5. Sourcing, Resume Screening, Interview Schedule, HR Interview, Offer discussion, Salary negotiation, documentation, Joining Formalities of selected candidates
6. Maintaining Internal database .
7. Work on various portals including Naukri, Linked-IN, Hiring from Institutes, References, Head Hunting
8. Maintaining Day to day Master Tracker
9. Offer letter and code generation on ERP11. Managing and maintaining database and MIS12. Handling joining formalities, inductions and maintaining personal files and documents for the new joiners.

High school or equivalent.
